Steel Shears SCR

SOCOMEC, since thirty years, is worldwide among the leading brands in the production of hydraulic breakers for excavators, following the guide of its base principles (the continuous research for new technical solutions and the complete satisfaction of its client’s requirements), it has developed during the last years a new range of hydraulic attachments for demolition and recycling.

Among these, the new range of hydraulic shears SCR, developed for the demolition of iron structures.

Compact, strong and entirely built with special steel to resist against abrasion, they have been studied for customers that need to cut iron boxes, iron rods, the reinforcing in reinforced concrete and other applications related to the recycling of iron materials.

The SCR range is actually made of two models, SCR 250 and SCR 750, studied for excavators from 2,5 to 13 t; both of them have a 360° hydraulic rotation, plus an electro-valve which allows to use both of the functions of the shear ( demolition and rotation ) using a single hydraulic line. SOCOMEC has also added to the SCR range of hydraulic shears the newest model SCR 750 GR.

This attachment for excavator from 8 to 13 t was developed for cutting the guard rail on the highway.
